Food and Beverage Serving Skills: Serve food and beverages, general plate service, Prepare and serve flambés and other specialties at customers' tables, Present bills to customers and accept payment in cash, credit or debit cards, travellers cheques or room billings, Describe menu items including daily specials for customers, Advise on menu selections

Additional Skills: Customer service oriented, Address customers' complaints or concerns, Clear and clean tables, trays and chairs, Load buspans and trays, Set tables, Replenish condiments and other supplies at tables and serving areas, Replace linen, Supervise other servers and bussing staff, Schedule staff

Security and Safety: Bondable

Essential Skills: Reading text, Numeracy, Writing, Oral communication, Working with others, Continuous learning
