· Valid ATPL
· Type rated on a 22000 KG and above turbojet aircraft
· Safety Management Systems and Quality Assurance experience is required
· Strong understanding of CAR's and regulatory functions is required
· Training development experience is required
· SOP, Cabin Crew and line indoctrination is considered an asset
· Experience with CRJ aircraft is considered an asset

Must have no unsual medical restrictions that would prevent employee from performing the job of steel fitter.
Walking and standing for up to 10 hours with 50 minutes break time. Frequent bending, stooping, kneeling and pushing.
Occasional transporting and lifting of objects not exceeding 50 pounds. Any object exceeding 50 pounds a crane will be used.
Objects that are less than 50 pounds which are awkward a crane can be used.
Must have adequate vision and hearing.
Must have previous training and or certification in Overhead Travelling Crane operation in excess of 10 Ton.
Must have previous training and or certification in rigging tehniques.
Must have WMIS and forklift certification
All certifications above will be current without exception
Must be able to show fitting experience in Bridge Fabrication in accordance with codes and standards AWS D1.5 and/or CSA S16
EDUCATION: Must have current vocational or technical training
EXPERIENCE: 8 - 10 years of experience in all fabrication processses mentioned above
