Salary: $20.00 to $22.00 Hourly for 40 hours per week, Bonus

Skill Requirements:

Education: Completion of high school

Credentials (certificates, licences, memberships, courses, etc.): Not required

Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years

Languages: Write English

Major Work Area: Custom Work, Furniture and cabinet assembly

Type of Establishment/Work Setting Experience: Commercial, Custom cabinet shop, Furniture manufacturer

Area of Specialization: Cabinets, Furniture

Weight Handling: Up to 9 kg (20 lbs)

Specific Skills: Read and interpret blueprints, drawings and specifications, Trim joints and fit parts together, Sand wooden surfaces, Apply varnish, veneer, stain or polish to finished products, Operate power actuated tools, Laminate cabinet and furniture components

Additional Skills: Estimate labour and material costs, Supervise other workers

Other Languages: Punjabi
