Skill Requirements:

Education: Some college/CEGEP/vocational or technical training, Completion of college/CEGEP/vocational or technical training

Credentials (certificates, licences, memberships, courses, etc.): Heavy Duty Equipment Mechanic Trade Certification, 3rd Period Apprentice, 4th Period Apprentice, Heavy-Duty Equipment Technician Red Seal Endorsement

Experience: Experience an asset

Languages: Speak English, Read English, Write English

Major Work Area: Repair, Overhaul, Maintenance, Service

Type of Equipment Repair: Heavy construction equipment, Forestry and logging equipment

Weight Handling: Up to 23 kg (50 lbs)

Security and Safety: Driving record check (abstract)

Work Location Information: In shop, On-site customer service

Other Information:The successful applicants will be responsible for the repair and maintenance of construction and forestry equipment and attachments. Previous experience in a heavy equipment environment is an asset.
