Credentials (certificates, licences, memberships, courses, etc.): Plumber Trade Certification, Occupational Health and Safety Certificate, First Aid Certificate, WHMIS, Driver's License
Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years
Languages: Speak English, Read English, Write English
Major Work Area: Estimating
Type of Experience: Residential, Commercial, Industrial
Project Size Estimating Experience: $ 500,001 - $1,500,000
Business Equipment and Computer Applications: Spreadsheets, Estimating packages, Take-off packages
Specific Skills: Prepare estimates of labour and material costs, Estimate pre-contract costs, Utilize quantity take-off procedures, Monitor and adjust contract expenditures
Additional Skills: Read and interpret blueprints, drawings and specifications
Security and Safety: Bondable
