Title: Building systems technician (NOC: 7351)

Terms of Employment: Temporary, Full Time, Day

Salary: $19.50 Hourly for 37.5 hours per week

Anticipated Start Date: As soon as possible

Location: Ottawa/Hull Region, Ontario (1 vacancy)
Skill Requirements:

Education: Completion of college/CEGEP/vocational or technical training

Credentials (certificates, licences, memberships, courses, etc.): WHMIS, Confined Space Entry Certification

Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years

Languages: Speak English, Speak French, Read English, Read French, Write English, Write French

Work Setting: Government establishment

Specific Skills: Maintain daily log of operation, maintenance and safety activities

Additional Skills: Read electrical schematics, blueprints and other technical diagrams

Security and Safety: Basic security clearance

Own Tools/Equipment: Steel-toed safety boots

Other Information:Candidate must be a certified installer of at least one of the following systems furniture: Haworth, Teknion or Trendway.
